Information We Handle

Device-stored calculator data

Calculator values entered into existing calculators, saved inputs, favorites, recently opened calculators, and local calculator caches are stored on your device. You can remove this information in the app, clear app data through your device settings, or uninstall the app.

If document scanning is enabled and you choose to use it, the captured image and the calculator’s field descriptions are sent to the configured image-extraction service to identify values. The values returned by that service are then saved on your device.

Account and profile information

Vibe Calculate creates a guest account when the app starts. If you choose to create, secure, or sign in to an account, we process your account ID, email address, password credentials handled by the authentication service, and the Apple or Google account identity you choose to use. If you provide one, we also store your display name.

User-created calculators

To sync a calculator created through Vibe Calculate, we store its definition, including its title, labels, formulas, category, metadata, creation time, and the written instruction used to generate it. We do not store ordinary calculator input values with those cloud definitions.

Optional calculator-generation requests

When you ask Vibe Calculate to create a calculator, we process the instruction you enter and the request identifier needed to prevent duplicate requests and enforce the generation allowance. If you choose to attach an image, photo, sketch, PDF, text file, or CSV file, that attachment is uploaded to private storage to process the request.

The instruction sent to the generation provider may also contain an attachment’s filename, type, and size. The instruction can remain with the generated calculator even after the attachment itself is removed.

Subscription information

Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat processes your Vibe Calculate account ID and store purchase and entitlement information to grant, restore, and verify Pro access and provide subscription reporting. Vibe Calculate does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Limited technical information

Our service providers may process device, network, diagnostic, and request information necessary to deliver their services, maintain security, and diagnose errors. Vibe Calculate has no separate advertising or behavioral analytics SDK.

How We Use Information

Vibe Calculate uses information to:

• provide calculators and store device-local calculator state;
• create and sync user-created calculator definitions;
• authenticate and secure accounts;
• process optional calculator-generation requests;
• prevent duplicate requests and enforce the generation allowance;
• provide, restore, and verify subscription access;
• respond to support and deletion requests; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service Providers and Sharing

Vibe Calculate does not sell, rent, or disclose personal data for advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking. We share only the information needed to operate the requested feature with these service providers:

These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Each provider handles information under its own privacy notice and applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Retention and Deletion

Device-stored calculator values and related local data remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

Cloud-stored calculator definitions and related account records remain while your account is active. You can remove an individual generated calculator from your library in the app. This hides it from your library, but its cloud record, including its definition and original instruction, remains until you delete your account. Vibe Calculate also keeps the request and quota records needed to prevent duplicate requests and enforce the account’s generation allowance while the account remains active.

Attachments are not intended to be stored as a permanent library. Vibe Calculate requests their removal from private storage after processing. If processing is interrupted, an attachment may remain until operational cleanup or account deletion.

To delete your account and associated cloud records, open Settings in Vibe Calculate, find Account, and tap Delete account. This removes the Vibe Calculate account and associated cloud records, removes account-owned attachments, clears local account data on that device, and requests deletion of related subscription-service records. If a deletion request cannot be completed immediately, Vibe Calculate keeps only the opaque account identifier needed to retry it.

Deleting a Vibe Calculate account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through Apple or Google separately.

Your Choices and Rights

You may choose whether to create an account, link Apple or Google sign-in, use the camera, attach files, or subscribe. Device permissions can be changed in your device settings.

You may contact the privacy address below to request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data. We may verify that a request concerns the relevant account before acting on it.

Security

Vibe Calculate uses account-scoped cloud access controls, private storage for attachments, and encrypted connections for service communications. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

Vibe Calculate is not directed to children under 13, and Vibe Calculate does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, please use the contact details below.

Changes to This Policy

Vibe Calculate may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
