Using Vibe Calculate

These Terms of Use apply to the Vibe Calculate mobile app, its ready-made calculators, calculator-generation features, and Pro subscription. By using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

Accounts and permitted use

The app may start with a guest account. You can secure an account with a confirmed email or supported Apple or Google sign-in. A secured account is required before purchasing Pro. You are responsible for access to your account and for the material you submit.

Do not submit material you do not have permission to use, unlawful material, malicious instructions, or another person’s sensitive information without permission. We may limit misuse that threatens the service or other users.

You keep the rights you have in material you submit. You allow us and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process it as needed to provide the feature you request.

Calculator content and results

The Hub includes team-authored calculators. An AI service may help create new calculator definitions from your instructions and optional attachments. A generated calculator can be incomplete or wrong. Check its formulas, assumptions, sources, units, and results before relying on it.

Vibe Calculate does not provide professional financial, legal, medical, tax, engineering, or other regulated advice. Results depend on the inputs and displayed formulas. You are responsible for decisions you make using them. Hub content and generation features may change.

Free access and Pro

Free accounts can make a limited number of successful calculator-generation requests. The app shows the current allowance. An active Pro subscription increases that account’s successful-generation allowance to 2,000 total over the lifetime of that account, including free generations already used. The allowance does not reset on renewal. Failed or unsupported requests do not count, and deleting a calculator does not restore a used generation.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Pro is offered as monthly and annual plans. The purchase screen and your app store show the final price, currency, taxes, billing period, and any available offer before you confirm payment. There is no introductory free trial in the current launch plans.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to buy them. Cancel through your store account or the app’s subscription-management link. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the current paid period, subject to the store’s rules. The store handles charges and refund requests under its policies.

You can restore a purchase in the app using the same Vibe Calculate account and store account. Deleting your Vibe Calculate account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel it in the store first if you do not want it to renew.

Availability and updates

Online generation, sign-in, syncing, and purchase verification need a network connection and service availability. Some calculators already saved on a device may work offline. We may maintain, improve, change, or discontinue features.

Consumer rights and responsibility

The app is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but cannot guarantee that generated content, formulas, or results will be error-free or that service will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by applicable law, M S SYAM JABA KUMAR is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate inputs, generated formulas, interrupted service, or decisions made from calculator results. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The current text and effective date will appear on this page. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
